Dr. Fatema Al Hammadi is a highly experienced Consultant Endocrinologist, currently serving at the Imperial College London Diabetes Centre in Abu Dhabi. With over 13 years of dedicated practice in endocrinology, she has made significant contributions to the field, specializing in the management of endocrine disorders, diabetes, and obesity. Dr. Al Hammadi’s exemplary expertise was recognized early in her career, leading her to assume the role of Endocrinology Consultant and Deputy Chair of Education at SKMC. She achieved Arab Board certification in Internal Medicine in 2011 and earned certification in Endocrinology and Diabetes from the Federation of Royal Colleges of Physicians of the UK in 2012, a qualification supported by the Association of British Clinical Diabetologists and the Society for Endocrinology.
