Dr. Yazan Aljabery, MD, is an associate Staff Physician in the Heart, Vascular & Thoracic Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Yazan worked as a Specialist of adult cardiac surgery at the University Hospital Bergmannsheil, Germany. Dr. Yazan received his medical degree from the University of Jordan, Amman, Jordan, and started his residency in general surgery in Altenburgerland Hospital, Germany. He then completed his residency in cardiac surgery at the University Hospital Bergmannsheil, Germany. Throughout his tenure, Dr. Yazan has worked in cardiothoracic surgery and specialized in adult cardiac surgery, completing over 400 operations. Dr. Yazan was voted 4 years in a row as the residents' speaker and was responsible for training, lecturing and assisting medical students and young residents.
