Thank you for Submitting your abstracts and being part of MEHFC 2025.
The scientific program of MEHFC 2026 will include a wide range of workshops, seminars, poster presentations, as well as lectures by world renowned and eminent guest speakers during plenary and special sessions.
Oral and poster presentations provide a valuable platform to share your research with a focused and engaged audience, enabling direct feedback, discussion, and collaboration. These formats not only allow you to communicate your findings clearly and professionally but also help raise your profile within the scientific community—opening doors to future opportunities, partnerships, and career advancement.
We encourage our colleagues from around the world to take part and join our list of speakers by contributing an abstract to within the oral and poster presentation sessions.

Travel Grant
What is covered ?
The grant covers your registration fee for APSC-ECS 2024 and also provides a stipend of $1000 to help with travel and accommodation costs.
Reimbursements will be processed on the final day of the congress, contingent upon the timely submission of necessary documentation.
What is the deadline ?
The deadline for applications is 05th March, 2024. We will notify the top 10 grant recipients on 10th March 2024.
Upon receiving their acceptance notification, recipients are urged to promptly arrange their travel and accommodation plans.
Who can apply ?
Healthcare professionals from across the globe are encouraged to apply. However, special consideration will be given to those who are presenting an approved abstract at APSC-ECS 2024, are aged 40 years or younger, or have had multiple publications indexed within the last five years.
What about travel plans?
Please be aware that securing visas, study leave, or any other administrative tasks are the sole responsibility of the applicant.
Additionally, a recommendation letter from the applicant's program director is a vital part of the application process.

Guidelines for submitting an abstract :
A special criterion for accepting abstracts will be their topic as well as structure, content and degree of innovation. The scientific committee will accept abstracts based on their relevance and quality, structure, content and degree of innovation.
- Please note that a maximum of 300 words is permitted. The titles and the names of the authors are excluded from this number and have to be entered separately. Tables should not be included in the abstract body.
- Methods section should include type of statistical analysis done if applicable to the study.
- Statements like “Results will be discussed” are not acceptable and may lead to a rejection of the abstract.

Authors will be notified about the delivery of their abstract by e-mail immediately. In case you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. In case of no confirmation e-mail,

Author Agreement :
By submitting the abstract, the author confirms and agrees to the following:
- All authors approve submitting this work for presentation.
- The authors have done the work reported in the abstract and take full responsibility for the contents.
- The authors transfer all copyright ownership of the abstract to MEHFC 2026.
- The authors agree to confine their presentation to information in the abstract.
- At least one author will be available to present the abstract if selected for the program.
- The author will immediately notify the MEHFC 2026 Scientific Committee if they are unable to make a presentation or if the presenting author must be changed.
- The authors guarantee that clinical studies and any animal tests have proceeded with the official permission from the proper authorities.
- All presenters will be responsible for their own registration fees, hotel and travel expenses. We regret that we cannot waive registration fees or cover expenses for any oral or poster presenters.
