Currently, she is the president of the Saudi pharmacy specialist group at the Saudi Heart Association, general secretary of the Saudi heart failure group, & board member of the Saudi Group women heart, Fakhr AlAyoubi is the pioneer in utilizing metabolic syndrome pharmacotherapy in clinical practice as well as focusing on Rare Disorders in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Dr. Fakhr's research team has published more than 20 scientific articles including the world's largest pharmacy & metabolic syndrome studies on the Saudi population & Gulf countries. as well as the bleeding risk score multivariable module for Non-Valvular Atrial Fibrillation using Direct Oral Thrombin Inhibitor (DOAC) in the Arab population. Her efforts have not only demonstrated in conducting clinical trials and multidisciplinary programs as teamwork but also in establishing as well as implementing different national guidelines, with the collaboration of MENA and Global Countries. Her team was able to do the world's largest international health care practitioners & health technology gathering in the pandemic era under the name of SCOPE. As well as providing Educational webinars for Rare disease scientific awareness through conducting the Health Policy Assessment Unit. Now she is the chairman of our SHA site for Amyloidosis, Anticoagulation, and the leader of the scientific committee for such a project
